Small nonprofit seeks a Technology and Office Assistant who will provide assistance to approximately 10 staff members. HS diploma required, some college preferred, must be proficient in Office365 and all programs related to Office365 including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Team. Computer skills are a top priority for this position who is responsible for maintaining the agency website, designing brochures/programs for special events, and handling registration and table assignments for annual luncheon for approximately 250 people. Candidates for this job will need patience, ability to assist co-workers with various computer issues related especially to Office365 and Excel spreadsheets maintained for monthly contractual requirements. Knowledge of fundraising programs and email marketing with Mailchimp is preferred, with an ability to navigate technical issues as they arise. Duties will range from maintaining data, assisting with financial record keeping, running errands on occasion with applicant's personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed), maintaining an agency website, record-keeping for special events, and producing marketing emails and other materials. Other duties as needed.
