We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Telecommute Call Center Agent to join our team. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers, providing product information, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a remote position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide product information and pricing
- Update customer information in the database
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
- Escalate calls to supervisors when necessary
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
