Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and driven Telemarketer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be responsible for reaching out to leads, following up on calls, and transferring qualified leads to licensed producers. Youll be required to work a minimum of 24 leads per day and follow a structured call process to ensure that each lead is appropriately handled. This position requires excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
Salary: $26000.00 - $35000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Process and work a minimum 25 leads per day, meeting established lead working process requirements.
For calls with no answer:
- Call the lead initially.
- If no answer, "ghost quote" the lead.
- Send an email (via Apex) with additional information.
- Transfer the lead to Ghost Quote in Agency Zoom.
- Send the quote to the lead via email using EZ Text.
- Make a second call to the lead and leave a voicemail using the provided script.
For calls with an answer:
- Call the lead initially.
- If the lead answers follow the scripted process, and transfer them to the licensed producer
- Update the lead's status in Agency Zoom to reflect the producers name.
Requirements
- Ability to meet minimal daily call requirements (25 leads).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail for accurate lead handling and transfer.
- Ability to follow structured scripts and processes.
- Previous telemarketing or call center experience is a plus.
