Requirements
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing, customer service, or a related field, preferably in the insurance industry.

Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks effectively with a high degree of attention to detail.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in use of CRM systems, telemarketing software, and standard office technology.

Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Proactively contact potential clients to generate leads and schedule appointments for insurance consultations.
Client Interaction: Engage with potential customers in a friendly, professional manner to introduce insurance products and services.
Information Gathering: Accurately record and input customer data and inquiries into the system.
Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain ongoing relationships.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and conversion rates.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and telemarketing skills.
