Daikin Applied is seeking a Temporary Customer Service Parts Order Management person who will work to achieve world class Customer Service within a team environment by answering customer requests in a timely fashion, processing orders efficiently and managing customer complaints to resolution while providing customers with an unrivaled experience. Location: Hybrid, Plymouth, MN
What you will do:
- Fields incoming customer requests in Salesforce in a timely manner to assure efficiency in resolution.
- Ensures that order processing is accurate and timely.
- Acts as customer contact regarding pricing, lead time, and shipping questions.
- Manages emergency requests for high priority situations.
- Recommends corrective actions to resolve customer complaints.
- Work cross-functionally with other teams to resolve issues and manage requests.
- Handles various special projects as assigned by manager
- Creates and assists in process documentation

Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- This is a 6 month contract position to start September
- 1 + year of Salesforce experience
- Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $21.35 - $27.00 an hour in MN. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
