- Report directly to the Head Professional of Tennis.
- Open the courts, tidi-courts, and Practice Alley in the morning and secure and close up in the evening.
- Perform daily maintenance on grounds, clay courts and hard courts to prepare them for the guests to use.
- Repair or replace nets and center straps as needed.
- Adjust or replace sprinkler heads as needed.
- General maintenance and upkeep of the Tennis Center and its facilities.
- Always exude an outgoing and pleasant personality and should enjoy working with people.
- Be self-motivated and exhibit excellent communication skills.
- Follow and support Service Commitment and Core Values.
- All other duties, as assigned.
- Must be at least 18 years of age due to the physical environment and requirements of the job.
- High school diploma, or equivalent GED, preferred.
- Tennis playing experience and general knowledge is highly preferred.
- Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Good to Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must be able to lift and carry minimum weight of 50 lbs. across short-medium distances.
- Must be able to stand for the entirety of shift while reaching, bending and stooping.
- Must be able to work on site due to daily needs of the job requirements.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced, intense work environment, sometimes under extreme heat and stress.
