Job Summary

Duties
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory goals and objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities through lead generation and networking within the assigned territory.
- Manage existing accounts while actively seeking to expand the customer base in both B2B and retail sectors.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction with products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and improve overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in technology sales or retail sales is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and territory management strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing client interactions and sales processes.
- Ability to work independently while being a proactive team player.
- A valid driver's license is required for travel within the territory.
