Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to a goals and objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and networking.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our offerings to potential clients.
- Manage existing client relationships while seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on progress.
- Provide feedback on customer needs and market conditions to help shape product development initiatives.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote our products and services.
Skills
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in retail or technical sales environments.
- Strong business development skills with a track record of successful lead generation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively while prioritizing tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct engaging product demos that resonate with potential customers.

Pay: $80,889.09 - $167,414.81 per year
