FedTec is seeking Test Lead / UAT & ATF Coordinator

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Test Lead / UAT & ATF Coordinator for a hybrid role based in Jefferson City, MO. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow testing, with a strong focus on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination and Automated Test Framework (ATF) execution. Responsibilities include developing comprehensive test plans, coordinating UAT activities with state stakeholders, executing ATF scripts, managing defects, and ensuring full test coverage across ITSM and IGA modules. A key requirement is achieving a 100% UAT success rate, as outlined in the project RFP. QA/Test automation certification and ISTQB (optional) are preferred.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Design the overall Test Plan (unit, integration, UAT, ATF) across ITSM and IGA modules.
- Coordinate with State stakeholders for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scheduling, execution, and sign-off.
- Execute ATF scripts, log and manage defects, and track remediation progress.
- Prepare detailed test documentation and variance reports for submission with the PDAF.
- Ensure a 100% UAT success rate, as mandated by the RFP.
- Monitor test coverage across all configurations, integrations, and catalog items.
