Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tile installer/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in construction and maintenance tasks, demonstrating proficiency in various trades. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. The Skilled Tile installer/ Laborer will work collaboratively with other team members to support various construction activities, including but not limited to painting, carpentry, and masonry.
Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including tile layouts, cutting, setting, grouting, also a plus to know how to painting, plastering, and caulking with precision and attention to detail.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various projects.
- Perform trim carpentry tasks, ensuring accurate measurements and cuts.
- Engage in masonry work, including bricklaying and concrete finishing.
- Install fixtures such as cabinets, countertops, and lighting with care.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction or skilled labor roles is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of hand tools and their proper usage.
- Experience in plastering, caulking, trim carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and fixture installation is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks throughout the day.

Pay: $23.81 - $28.68 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
