Summary
We are currently seeking a Title Clerk to join our team. This position can be Part-time (28-30 hours/week) or Full-time (40 hours/week). We offer a flexible schedule and full-time team members receive benefits.
This role is responsible for managing the title processing for both new and pre-owned vehicle sales, ensuring compliance with state regulations while supporting customers and internal teams. This position plays a vital role in maintaining our commitment to efficient operations and excellent service.
Responsibilities
- Manage the title processing for all vehicle sales, ensuring accuracy and compliance with state regulations.
- Assist customers and sales team with title-related inquiries and provide exceptional customer service throughout the process.
- Coordinate with the sales team to gather necessary documentation for title transfers.
- Conduct research on title laws and regulations to ensure adherence to legal requirements.
- Maintain organized records of all title transactions and related documents.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth vehicle sales operations.
- Provide general office support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in title processing or a related field is helpful
- Strong customer service and communication skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Skilled at managing multiple tasks and staying organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of researching and understanding title laws and regulations
- Well-organized and dependable, with strong follow-through on documentation and deadlines
