We’re now hiring a Trainer to lead by example in coaching, training, and developing our frontline team members.
What You’ll Do
- Train and onboard new movers and drivers on packing, moving, and customer service techniques
- Provide hands-on coaching during daily operations
- Conduct truck inspections and ensure equipment is in working order
- Reinforce safety procedures and company policies
- Support retraining efforts and assist with safety meetings
- Track trainee progress and communicate updates to the Branch Manager
- Step in to perform mover/driver duties as needed
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (CDL not required)
- Prior experience in moving, warehouse, or logistics preferred
- Strong leadership and coaching ability
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs. and work in outdoor conditions
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
- Comfortable with smartphones, tablets, and Microsoft Office
