What You’ll Do:
As our Treatment Plan Coordinator, you’ll be the confident, caring point of contact for families as they navigate their child’s dental care journey. Your responsibilities will include:
- Presenting and reviewing treatment plans with clarity and kindness
- Verifying dental insurance coverage and benefits, and ensuring all required documentation is complete
- Utilizing Curve GRO software to manage patient records, scheduling, and communication
- Assisting patients and guardians in understanding treatment options and navigating the dental healthcare system
- Collaborating with our dental team to ensure timely follow-up and coordinated care
- Managing correspondence with patients and third parties
- Upholding HIPAA standards and maintaining the highest level of confidentiality when handling patient information
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Have experience in dental administrative support or a related healthcare field (preferred)
- Are familiar with dental insurance, claims and the dental billing process
- Are highly organized and detail-oriented
- Possess strong customer service skills and communicate clearly and professionally with patients, parents, and team members
- Are compassionate, calm under pressure, and love working with children
- Are tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems (experience with Curve GRO is a plus!)
- Are bilingual in Spanish (not required, but a big plus!

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
