Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator / Front Office

Position Requirements:
* Greeting and welcoming patients
* Answering multi-line phone system
* Data entry & scanning
* Scheduling Multi Dr. schedules.
* Performing patient care consultations during visits, and educating patients on optimal treatment
* Verifying insurance coverage
* Calculating fees for treatment and securing a financial commitment from the patient
* Presenting treatment plans
* Performing patient care consultations during visits, and educating patients on optimal treatment
* Collecting Co Pay’s
The hourly compensation will be depending on experience $28-30 + medical insurance & paid vacation.

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
