We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Treatment Sales Representative to join our team. This team member will facilitate the patient's journey through their treatment plan, ensuring a positive and informed experience. They act as a bridge between the patient and the dental team, explaining treatment options, handling financial arrangements, and coordinating appointments. This role is crucial for maximizing patient satisfaction and the overall efficiency of the dental practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Education and Communication: Explaining treatment plans, procedures, and potential outcomes to patients in a clear and understandable manner.
- Financial Coordination: Discussing treatment costs, exploring payment options, and assisting with insurance verification and pre-authorization.
- Appointment Management: Scheduling, confirming, and managing patient appointments to optimize clinical time and ensure treatment plans are followed.
- Relationship Building: Establishing strong rapport with patients, addressing concerns, and providing ongoing support throughout their treatment journey.
- Collaboration: Working closely with dentists, hygienists, and other dental professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintaining accurate patient records, managing treatment paperwork, and potentially assisting with other administrative duties as needed.
