Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment. This position requires a proactive approach to security, with responsibilities that include monitoring premises, enforcing rules, and responding to incidents. The Security Guard will be expected to demonstrate professionalism and integrity while effectively managing any security-related situations.
Duties
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
- Respond promptly to incidents, or emergencies, following established protocols.
- Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order on the premises.
- Provide first aid assistance when necessary and manage conflict situations effectively.
- Document incidents and prepare reports as required.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when needed for investigations or emergencies.
- Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying potential risks or suspicious activities.
Skills
- Strong background in military or law enforcement settings is preferred.
- Proficient in surveillance techniques.
- Knowledge of first aid practices is highly desirable.
- Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations.
- Attention to detail with strong observational skills to identify potential threats.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in high-pressure environments.
- A valid security guard certificate or relevant training is a plus.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
