About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated USA Business Development Specialist + USA Recruiter (Hybrid role) to join our team. This unique role blends end-to-end recruitment with client acquisition and relationship management. The ideal candidate will not only source and place top talent but also identify new business opportunities, expand client accounts, and contribute directly to revenue growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesUSA Business Development (50%)
- Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across IT industries in USA Market.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication and consultative selling.
- Present recruitment solutions tailored to client needs and business objectives.
- Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets by driving new contracts and expanding existing accounts.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.
USA Recruitment (50%)
- Manage the full USA recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of active and passive talent through networking, referrals, job boards, and social platforms.
- Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and organizational goals.
- Conduct candidate assessments, reference checks, and negotiate offers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field (preferred).
- 5-7 years of experience in USA recruitment, staffing, sales, or business development.
- Proven ability to meet hiring targets and/or sales quotas.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with ATS, CRM tools, and job boards (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Goal-driven, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
