AutoWorld of Chester has a unique opportunity for a qualified candidate! We're searching for a reliable office secretary/receptionist for a fast paced car dealership FOR SATURDAYS ONLY. Candidates must be tech savvy with the ability to work phones, fax machines, dealership software, word/excel, and be willing to take on any/all tasks. Qualifications:
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excelling computer skills, must be tech savvy
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Superior Customer Service skills
- Basic knowledge of auto industry
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Saturday availability
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual
- Willing to get sales license
Requirements:
- Answers all incoming phone calls and directs callers to appropriate individual if available or takes a thorough message
- Takes payments and documents them in receipt book
- Keeps folders and online inventory organized
- Copying/faxing/emailing as needed
- Keeps office clean and organized
- Any additional tasks per office managers request
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Every weekend
- Weekends only
