Deery Brothers Chevrolet is seeking dynamic and driven Sales Professionals to join our high-performing Sales & Leasing Department. We offer a competitive salary plus commission, with annual earnings ranging from $60,000 to $100,000 based on experience and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and text communication.
- Guide customers through the sales and leasing process, providing exceptional service and expert advice.
- Continuously expand your knowledge of our vehicle offerings and industry trends to effectively meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the dealership.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers both in-person and remotely.
- A proactive, customer-centric approach with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other client-facing roles is advantageous but not required.
- Enthusiasm for automotive sales and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation:
- Annual Salary: $60,000 - $100,000+ (base plus commission)
- 20% Commission Front Gross
- 20% Commission Back Gross
