About Us
Schulz Pipeline Construction is a family-owned utility contractor serving the Tulsa area since 2011. We install underground gas and water lines and operate directional drilling crews. Our team is known for doing things the right way, treating people with respect, and growing from within. We’re not just hiring hands—we’re investing in people.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a laborer who’s ready to learn, show up, and grow. Whether you’re new to construction or bringing experience with you, you’ll work side-by-side with a skilled foreman and gain hands-on training in the gas, water, and drilling trades.
Pay & Advancement
- Starting pay: $18–$21 per hour
- Weekly pay
- Overtime available
Advancement paths to Operator, CDL Driver, or Foreman roles
Job Duties
- Safely spot and dig around live gas, water, and other utilities
- Assist with directional drilling, trenching, and backfilling
- Load/unload tools and materials
- Keep job sites clean and organized
- Work closely with an experienced crew leader
- Learn and grow through on-the-job training
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Able to lift 60+ lbs regularly
- Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
- Pass a federal drug screen (pre-employment and random)
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
