Vacation Rental Property Host
Location: Lake Harmony, PA
Compensation: $40,000 to $80,000 base salary plus performance-based bonuses
Schedule: Full-time, flexible shifts with rotating time off, In Person

Galvanized Management is hiring a skilled, resourceful communicator to lead the guest and owner experience across our growing portfolio of vacation rentals in the Poconos. We manage over 30 Vacation Rental properties and 120 Long Term Rental properties entirely in-house and are known for proactive support, clear communication, and a team that gets things done without outsourcing. What You’ll Do
Depending on how the role is structured, you may focus more heavily on field work or office-based support. Either way, you’ll work closely with our local team to:
- Manage communication with Airbnb and VRBO guests from booking through checkout
- Respond to owner emails with clarity, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Coordinate cleanings, maintenance, and calendar updates using our property management system (Hostfully)
- Track guest issues and solve them quickly, using in-house resources
- Visit properties for inspections, supply runs, and onboarding as needed
- Assist with optimizing performance, pricing, and the overall guest experience
What We’re Looking For
- Some hands-on experience with vacation rentals, Airbnb, VRBO, or a similar environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across email, phone, and messaging platforms
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using mobile apps, web tools, and scheduling software
- Good judgment and problem-solving instincts under pressure
- Self-directed, reliable, and comfortable working without micromanagement
- Able to work a flexible schedule that may include some weekends or evenings
- This position is in person.
Compensation and Team Structure
We’re flexible in how we configure this role and are open to two possible setups:
- One full-time manager handling both guest communication and field work
- Two teammates working in partnership, sharing responsibilities so each can enjoy more time away from the constant demands of guest communication and support
- This position is an in person role with the opportunity to be hybrid
Compensation includes:
- Base salary ranging from $40,000 to $80,000 depending on experience and structure
- Bonus compensation based on rental performance
- Paid time off, team support, and training included
