Job Description:
We’re looking for a talented VB.NET Application Developer to join our team in supporting a mission-critical internal construction management system. This web-based application is built on a custom object-oriented framework, and we're seeking someone who’s ready to hit the ground running.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and enhance the web-based application based on established design specifications (VB.NET, custom framework, SQL queries).
- Analyze, design, code, and test all application components in collaboration with the Application Team.
- Implement configuration changes to meet both functional and technical requirements.
- Perform data analysis and develop software covering areas like data access, manipulation, structures, and database interactions.
- Write and maintain technical and user documentation.
- Conduct unit testing and support production maintenance as needed.
What You Bring:
- Strong experience with VB.NET and web-based application development.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming.
- Hands-on experience with database development (SQL Server preferred).
- Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working on internal or proprietary frameworks.
- Prior exposure to construction management systems or enterprise business tools.
