We are seeking dedicated entry-level team members to join our Vegetative Department in a fast-paced, strictly regulated environment. The Vegetative Associate plays a key role in maintaining healthy cannabis plants during their vegetative stage. This position involves daily plant care, environmental monitoring, and facility cleanliness, ensuring plants thrive before moving to the flowering stage.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- High attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to work in a highly regulated, fast-paced environment.

- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Background check (CORI) required prior to employment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
- Frequent bending, squatting, and reaching.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
- Water, prune, and train plants according to company SOPs.
- Monitor plant health and promptly report signs of pests, disease, or nutrient issues.
- Assist with transplanting plants into new containers.
- Clean and sanitize tools, equipment, and work areas to maintain compliance.
- Follow all company SOPs, safety protocols, and state regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and quality goals.
