What You’ll Be Doing
- Power washing commercial kitchen exhaust systems (hoods, ducts, fans, filters)
- Setting up jobs with ladders, plastic sheeting, and tools
- Using pressure washers, vacuums, and hoses like a pro
- Keeping job sites safe, clean, and on schedule
- Talking with customers and leaving every job with a thumbs-up
- Occasionally installing rooftop grease traps or accessories
What You’ll Need to Bring
- 1+ year of recent overnight shift manual labor
- 1+ year of recent physically demanding job (construction, warehouse, landscaping, etc.)
- Preferred: Experience in hood cleaning or similar work
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Comfortable with overnight shifts, early starts, and ladder work (extension ladders too!)
- Able to lift 50 lbs regularly
