We are currently seeking a full-time Verizon Representative to join our expanding team and take a key role in our newest campaign.
As one of Verizon’s trusted partners, we’ve been awarded a contract to lead customer acquisition and sales account management efforts across key territories. As we take on this new responsibility, we’re hiring high-performing professionals who are confident communicators, customer-oriented, and motivated by results. This is a customer-facing role designed for individuals who are confident, results-driven, and ready to represent a global brand with professionalism and pride. What You’ll Do as a Verizon Representative
- Engage with customers: Build rapport, assess their needs, and recommend the most relevant Verizon products and services
- Represent the Verizon brand: Ensure that every interaction reflects Verizon’s values of innovation, quality, and service
- Manage customer accounts: Support enrollment, upgrades, renewals, and general account updates
- Communicate clearly: Deliver accurate information on current plans, promotions, and features
- Track sales metrics and goals: Use performance data to guide improvements and achieve personal targets
- Collaborate with leadership: Offer insights from the field to help refine customer experience and sales strategy
What Makes You a Strong Candidate as our next Verizon Representative
- Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with customers
- Strong interest in sales, telecommunications, or customer service
- A motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a focus on solutions and follow-through
- Comfort working both independently and in a structured team environment
- Adaptable and confident when learning new systems, services, and sales techniques
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles or telecom sales is a plus—but not required

Pay: $50,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
