We are looking for a Veterinary Assistant to join our fast paced independently owned and operated small animal exclusive veterinary hospital. Hours and schedule are somewhat flexible. Experience preferred.
Knowledge of Cornerstone software system is preferred. Your duties will be performed based on experience and will include but not be limited to the following: assisting the veterinarians and nurses during appointments and examinations, safe animal handling and restraint, in-patient and out-patient care, prepping exam rooms before/after appointments, laboratory duties (i.e. Snap tests, preparing samples), assist with digital radiography, medical record notation, housekeeping duties throughout the facility including cleaning, laundry and restocking, administrative duties, OSHA awareness and compliance, extraordinary customer service and maintaining a practical knowledge of the hospitals procedures, services and policies.

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
