About the Position
Responsible for leading the company's activities related to its mergers and acquisitions strategy, sourcing, and deal mechanics. This role requires a seasoned professional to oversee the end-to-end M&A process, including market analysis, deal sourcing and execution, encompassing financial, commercial, and legal due diligence, LOI, SPA negotiations, and closing. This role will collaborate with executive leadership to identify and execute transactions that align with the company’s growth objectives and long-term strategic goals.
Our Ideal Candidate
- Proven track record of leading complex M&A transactions from strategy through integration, including due diligence, valuation, negotiations, and post-close execution.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in building investment theses, conducting financial modeling, and assessing risk across a portfolio of potential deals.
- Skilled at developing strategic partnerships and identifying growth opportunities aligned with long-term business goals.
- Excellent communicator and cross-functional leader with the ability to influence executive teams, manage external advisors, and drive alignment across finance, legal, operations, and executive stakeholders.
