Your Role: Being the Face of eStarland
As a Store Associate, you'll be at the heart of our customer experience, responsible for:
- Creating a Welcoming Atmosphere: Greet every customer with a genuine smile and enthusiastic welcome, making them feel valued from the moment they step in.
- Providing Stellar Customer Service: Proactively engage with patrons, offer assistance, and thoughtfully answer questions to enhance their shopping experience.
- Managing Customer Orders: Efficiently handle walk-in pick-up orders and ensure a smooth transaction.
- Maintaining an Inviting Store: Keep our showroom clean, organized, and well-stocked, contributing to a positive shopping environment.
- Effective Communication: Answer calls with professionalism and a helpful attitude.
- Supporting Store Operations: Consistently complete daily tasks and contribute to the overall efficiency and organization of the store.

- Gaming Enthusiast: Highly familiar with a wide range of video games, accessories, consoles, and collectibles, enabling you to connect with our customers' passion.
- Retail/Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in a customer-facing role is required.
