We are looking for friendly and dependable people to join our 5 star rated virtual reality arcade. Candidates will be responsible for helping customers with VR games, handling bookings, and keeping the facility running.
Candidates should have experience with customer service and bring a positive and friendly attitude. VR experience is not required. However, computer know-how, especially ability to troubleshoot, is a strong asset.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist customers by helping them select and setup VR games, dealing with problems and helping guide customers in each game
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create a positive and fun environment by proactively asking questions and anticipating their needs
- Create bookings, checkout customers through our reservation and POS system and assist customers with filling out forms
- Troubleshoot the equipment when necessary
- Keep the equipment and facility clean. This includes, but is not limited to, sanitization of the equipment, vacuuming, mopping, emptying trash, cleaning bathrooms, cleaning party rooms
- Coordinate parties & events
- Help out with social media postings
- Additional duties may be assigned
