At Five Star Breaktime Solutions our Warehouse Lead Associate receives the work orders, pulls the drink products, and place them in the designated tubs for our designated routes. The bulk drink warehouse associate will count the products and load the tubs that are filled onto the delivery route trucks and assist with the proper storage of products inside the warehouse while ensuring proper rotation of products based on freshness dates. Other duties of our warehouse associate include keeping a clean work area, too. Warehouse associates work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining an average of 8-hour days. Required prior experience using forklifts and powered pallet jacks. Must have the ability to lift 35+ lbs continuously throughout the workday.
Requirements:
- Must have a Highschool diploma or GED
- Must be able to lift 35lbs+; on a repetitive basis and have the ability to reach, bend, stoop on a frequent basis.
Work in a non-climate control environment
- Must be able to consent to a drug screen
- Must be able to consent to a background check
- Preferred experience in a warehouse environment
- Preferred experience using a Forklift and loading/unloading trucks
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick fast & pick easy – Utilize smart technology to accurately grab the exact items needed for orders.
- Handle damaged goods – Identify and discard any damaged, expired, or unsellable products to maintain quality standards.
- Lift and move items – Regularly lift up to 50 lbs. and safely handle products throughout the warehouse.
- Assist with training – Help onboard and train new team members to ensure consistency in operations.
- Support management – Assist with day-to-day warehouse operations, including reporting, inventory management, and monitoring performance.
- Maintain safety standards – Follow and enforce safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for everyone in the warehouse.
- Ensure inventory accuracy – Participate in inventory checks, track stock levels, and assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Tackle various operational tasks – Help with the organization, cleanliness, and efficiency of the warehouse to optimize daily workflows.

Position Information:
- Status: Full-Time
- Pay Rate: Starting at $20.00/hr
- Work Hours: 9:00am – until production is complete.
- Work Days: Sunday thru Thursday (Every other Friday)
