Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Account Manager with project management experience to oversee our website projects from kickoff through launch. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, loves solving problems, and excels at communication and organization.
As the bridge between clients and our internal teams you will be responsible for ensuring website projects stay on track, meet expectations, and deliver a smooth and professional experience at every step.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Client Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on website projects.
- Own the end-to-end project lifecycle from intake and planning to QA and launch.
- Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables using tools like Asana.
- Clearly communicate timelines, next steps, and responsibilities to both clients and internal teams.
- Proactively follow up with clients and teams to avoid delays and miscommunications.
Internal Coordination
- Coordinate communication across design, development, and content teams.
- Lead internal project check-ins and status updates to keep teams aligned.
- Collaborate with department leads to identify potential blockers and resolve them quickly.
- Ensure all stakeholders are informed and in sync throughout the project.
Quality Assurance & Delivery
- Conduct or coordinate website QA to ensure high-quality standards before launch.
- Gather and manage client feedback efficiently, ensuring it’s actionable and routed to the right team.
- Ensure final delivery aligns with client goals and project scope.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in account management or project management, ideally within an agency environment.
- Experience managing website projects or digital marketing deliverables.
- Exceptional communication and client service skills.
- Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Proficiency in project management software (Asana preferred).
- Familiarity with WordPress and the website development process is a strong plus.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
