Position Overview:
We seek a reliable Weekend Dispatcher to manage logistics operations on weekends, ensuring efficient deliveries and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispatch drivers for timely deliveries and pickups.
- Monitor routes and address issues proactively.
- Communicate with drivers and customers for updates.
- Maintain accurate dispatch records.
- Collaborate to optimize operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous dispatching experience in logistics.
- Familiarity with TMS; McLeod experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in dispatch software and Microsoft Office.
