Cheyenne Medical Lodge is hiring a part-time Weekend Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. This role involves greeting residents, families, and visitors, handling incoming calls, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all.
Responsibilities
- Greet residents, families, vendors, and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
- Answer, screen, and transfer phone calls promptly and accurately.
- Maintain visitor sign-in and check-in procedures.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.
- Provide basic information and direct inquiries as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1 year of hospitality or customer service experience.
- Strong verbal communication skills; bilingual skills are a plus.
- Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold facility policies.
Schedule
Part-time position requiring availability every Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, consistently every weekend.
