This is a sales position, with a base pay starting at $12 an hour. Commissions are earned based on sales performance.
As a Front Desk Associate, you will contribute to the team by succeeding in:
- Membership, retail, gift card & enhancement sales
- Answering phone calls & setting appointments
- Checking members & guests in/out of appointments
- Greeting members & guests upon arrival
- Promoting the Wellness Program via membership benefits
- Staying updated on products & promotions
