Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of stylists to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs
- Drive a customer-first culture through high-level service and authentic styling
- Hold team members accountable and provide consistent feedback and coaching
- Own the store’s daily operations, merchandising, and inventory
- Partner with leadership on promotions, events, and local outreach
- Build strong client relationships and grow your local clientele
- Champion visual merchandising and ensure the store always looks its best
- Communicate store performance and opportunities to upper management
What You Bring
- Passion for retail, fashion, and people
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proven experience meeting goals and leading a team
- Entrepreneurial mindset with attention to detail
- Confidence in problem-solving, coaching, and time management
- Comfortable with change, flexible, and solutions-driven
- Experience in boutique retail or women’s fashion is a plus!
