Work From Home Customer Service Agent
We are looking for motivated Work-From-Home Customer Service Agents to join our team. As a Customer Service Agent, you will assist customers by providing product and service information, handling inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Maintain knowledge of evolving products and services
Qualifications:
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must provide your own equipment (computer, headset, reliable internet)
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
