Our founders (Spiros Xanthos and Mayank Agarwal) are the core creators of OpenTelemetry and led Splunk Observability. They have had 2 successful exits to Splunk and VMware.

What You’ll Do
As our first Workplace & Culture Coordinator, you’ll be the heartbeat of the Resolve AI office. You’ll help build a world-class employee experience and ensure our office environment reflects our values of excellence, energy, and care. Working closely with the G&A team and company leadership, you’ll own everything from daily office management to high-impact cultural initiatives. Your work will shape how employees, candidates, customers, and investors experience Resolve AI.
Your responsibilities will include:
Oversee day-to-day workplace operations in our new San Francisco HQ, ensuring the office is a clean, organized, and energizing place to be.
Be in the office five days a week during core hours to ensure availability when most of the team is onsite.
Serve as the face of Resolve AI for all in-office visitors—including interview candidates, investors, customers, and partners—ensuring a top 1% experience.
Partner closely with the G&A team to support logistical needs, manage vendor relationships, and implement systems that scale.
Ensure food, beverages, and coffee setups are consistently stocked and thoughtfully maintained.
Own catering coordination for lunches, dinners, and special events, ensuring high-quality and seamless execution.
Plan and execute team events including happy hours, offsites, and other moments that bring us together.
Celebrate employee milestones and achievements—from birthdays and anniversaries to personal wins outside of work.
Support onboarding efforts by helping new hires feel welcome and integrated from Day 1.
Take initiative to improve office and culture processes, whether it’s signage, storage, or a better way to track supply restocking. You tell us what to do.
Be a culture champion and trusted point of contact for team members—someone who listens, adapts, and makes things happen.
What We’re Looking For
Prior experience in office management, workplace coordination, or a similar role, specifically in a fast-paced or startup environment.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities without dropping the ball.
High EQ and interpersonal dexterity—you thrive working with a range of personalities and build strong internal relationships.
Deep ownership mentality with a proactive approach to solving problems before they arise.
Clear, polished communication across written and verbal channels.
Comfort with ambiguity and an ability to build structure where there isn’t any.
