We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

Are you kind, caring, and passionate about making a positive impact in a young person's life? We are currently seeking a dedicated Youth Respite Provider to support a bright and active teenage boy who is looking for a positive mentor figure.
This young teen enjoys fishing, outdoor adventures, animals, and video games, and would thrive with a provider who shares similar interests and is eager to build a meaningful and supportive connection.

Care to be Provided in the Provider’s Home and/or out in the Community – Fairchild, WI

Position Details:
• Hourly Pay: $14.13/hour
• Weekly Hours: 5 hours/week
• Overnights: 3 per month
• Overnight Rate: $207.45 per overnight

Requirements:
• Must have reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Comfortable providing a safe, supportive environment in your home or during community outings
