We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible. We are seeking an energetic and experienced Youth Respite Provider for two young girls in Menomonee Falls, WI. Respite is to occur in the community and in the Respite Provider’s home to allow the main caregiver a break from their responsibilities. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety, well-being, and social development of the girls. Your role will play a crucial part in improving the quality of life for the entire family. Location: Menomonee Falls, WI

Wage: $17.00 to $18.08 per hour
Responsibilities:
· Provide companionship, redirection, and supervision
· Engage girls in activities and play to promote appropriate social interaction
· Assist with ADLs and supportive home care tasks as needed
· Be consistent, kind, and reliable
Schedule: Flexible shifts developed with parent.
Individual respite - 10 hours per month (each)
Group Respite - 15 hours per month

Requirements:
· Valid Driver’s License, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
· Authorized to work in the United States
· Must be at least 18 years of age or older
· 1-2 years of experience working with children with mental health needs.
· Must pass a caregiver background check
The Girls Interests include arts, crafts, puzzles, reading, and swimming.
