KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain yarn stock details and other required information on weekly basis.
• Prepare the weekly yarn stock report and share it with Management.
• Complete yarn sub-allocations on a daily basis.
• Handle all yarn-related manual workings and raise monthly mini-bulk requests based on the Merchants’ requirements and instructions.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Business Management or a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
• High proficiency across the MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong data management capabilities with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
