Business Operations Analyst, Global (IGT 1)

About the role

Great decisions start with great insight. Ultimo is looking for a Business Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. In this role, you will work hand in hand with the COO office and senior sales leadership as a trusted advisor, turning complex data into the strategic narratives that steer our business decisions, quarterly forecasts, and go-to-market execution.

This is a high-visibility, high-ownership role: you'll own the output, present it to leaders, and see your work directly shape our sales strategy.

What you'll do

• Shape executive business reviews. Gather, analyse, and package the data behind QBRs and performance reviews, then build it into a clear narrative leaders can act on.
• Model the options. Build scenario models that help leadership weigh commercial and operational choices and understand the impact of each before committing.
• Answer the questions that matter. Run ad hoc analyses across multiple data sources and tools, covering areas such as customer segmentation, sales participation, propensity to buy, and white space opportunities.
• Run our reporting rhythm. Own recurring internal and parent-company reporting cycles, making sure every deliverable is accurate, on time, and consistent from one period to the next.
• Support GTM planning. Contribute to territory design, quota and coverage analysis, and capacity planning.
• Bring the full picture together. Work with Marketing, Finance, and Sales to combine their inputs into one reliable view of business performance.

That we're looking for

• 3+ years in a highly analytical role, whether in strategy consulting, finance, or business operations
• Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets
• Excellent written communication: you'll be writing executive updates and narratives, not just formatting slides
• The ability to build clear, persuasive presentations in PowerPoint or Google Slides
• Comfort with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and firm deadlines
