We are Aonic, a dynamic and diversified video gaming group with a clear and ambitious mission: to become the next global powerhouse in the gaming industry. Founded in 2021, we set out to fill what we saw as a significant gap in the market—the need for a truly supportive and collaborative home for high-quality, mid-sized game development teams. The world of video gaming is one of the largest and most rapidly expanding segments of the entertainment industry, brimming with incredible opportunities. Our approach is to sidestep unproven business models and steer clear of large, incumbent teams. Instead, our focus and our strength lie in partnering with proven, yet highly dynamic entrepreneurs and creative innovators. Our ultimate goal is to craft fantastic, engaging games and to continuously improve the services we provide. This strategy is what drives our high organic growth and delivers a superior return on invested capital, allowing us to build a sustainable and thriving ecosystem for our partners and our players. What truly sets us apart from other gaming groups is our philosophy. We are not merely a portfolio of studios; we are a platform of like-minded enthusiasts, a family of creators who share a passion for gaming. To supercharge the growth of our partner studios, we employ a well-defined hybrid operating model. We firmly believe in the power of decentralized empowerment to foster creativity and drive, while simultaneously providing a robust, collaborative infrastructure designed to unlock powerful synergies across the group. This infrastructure is composed of gametech providers, work-for-hire studios, and service agencies that offer genuine, tangible support. As a result, each studio within our family benefits from invaluable cross-team knowledge transfer and can tap into the resources of our support platform as they see fit. This allows them to maintain their independent spirit, unique identity, and creative freedom, all while being part of a larger, synergetic group that is committed to their long-term success and to pushing the boundaries of what's possible in gaming.
