About the Role
OBIDA is seeking a Retail & Digital Sales Assistant to convert store visits and digital enquiries into sales while providing attentive customer service and ensuring orders are accurately handed over for fulfilment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome store customers, provide styling guidance, and close sales confidently.
- Respond to WhatsApp, Instagram, and website enquiries within one hour during working hours.
- Record sales and digital orders accurately and hand paid orders over to the Operations team.
Requirements
- 2 years of relevant experience.
