Job Summary
We are seeking a high-energy, proactive Sales Development Representative to serve as the frontline of our electrical services team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, bridging the gap between initial inquiry and professional service delivery. You will manage the entire front-end sales pipeline, ensuring no lead is left behind and every customer receives a premium experience. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lead generation lifecycle, responding promptly to all customer inquiries via phone, text, and email.
- Drive revenue by following up on all unsold estimates to overcome objections and secure bookings.
- Facilitate the closing process by collecting and processing project deposits (10%) directly within the CRM.
- Set and manage high-quality appointments to ensure the technical team's schedule is optimized.
- Act as the central dispatcher, coordinating technician schedules and updates through ServiceTitan.
- Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions and pipeline stages to ensure no opportunities fall through the cracks.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Professional fluency in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong "Team Player" mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Reliability and punctuality; ability to operate effectively during Los Angeles (Pacific Time) business hours.
- Natural ability to build rapport quickly and handle customer objections with confidence.
- Previous experience using ServiceTitan or similar field service CRM platforms.
- Prior experience in the home services or electrical industry.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume outreach via multiple channels (Call/Text/Email).
