(32-36 hours per week) To strengthen our IT & Information Management (IT & IM) team within the Finance & Operations department, we are looking for a Business Analyst, you play a central role in understanding and translating the needs of various departments. You are able to maintain an overview, connect existing processes and applications with the desired digital transformation, and strike the right balance between user needs and organisational frameworks. You thrive in change management. Whether it concerns a process, product, or way of working, you know how to engage stakeholders, build enthusiasm, and guide initiatives towards successful outcomes. Your talent, knowledge, and skills provide the ideal balance between analyst, implementation specialist, and project manager, helping WWF-NL move forward. In addition, you bring curiosity and knowledge in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and can support WWF-NL in adopting AI responsibly and sustainably.
