Job description

Connect360 is an independent data-driven marketing, customer engagement and loyalty services business, partnering with powerhouse brands like AMI and State Insurance.

We are a high-performing, hands-on team that values collaboration, curiosity and continuous learning. We enjoy true work-life balance and autonomy while getting stuck into delivering exceptional value for our clients.

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Automation Specialist to join our Marketing Technology team (MarTech) in creating better connected customer experiences for our clients.

What you’ll be doing

  • Design, build, and activate effective, scalable, and multi-faceted customer journeys.
  • Use evidence-based learnings to deliver elegant and pragmatic outcomes aligned with business goals.
  • Champion standards and best practices across the Marketing Automation function.
  • Maintain rigorous attention to detail across testing, quality assurance and governance processes.
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective solutions.
  • Monitor, test and optimise journey performance to continuously improve customer and business outcomes.
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders, bringing them along on the solution journey.
  • Mentor and coach Marketing Automation Specialists, helping lift capability across the team.
What you’ll bring
  • 4–5 years’ experience in a related field, including hands-on experience with HTML and CSS.
  • Strong, hands-on experience with Braze or a comparable marketing automation platform (e.g. Klaviyo, HubSpot, Marketo, Adobe Campaign).
  • Comprehensive experience designing complex customer journeys and MarTech solutions.
  • Advanced experience with dynamic content and scripting, ideally Braze Liquid.
  • Solid understanding of customer and behavioural data, and how it can be used to support segmentation, targeting and personalisation within customer journeys.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver work within agreed timelines.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality, testing and governance.
  • Comfortable working through ambiguity, clarifying requirements and making sound technical and solution design decisions.

Why Connect360

At Connect360, we’re passionate about fostering a culture of growth, development and inclusion. As an equal opportunity employer, diversity is at the heart of everything we do.

We’re committed to creating an environment where every team member can reach their highest potential, with continuous support and strong development pathways.

Some of our other benefits you’ll enjoy as part of the Connect360 team are:

  • Hybrid and flexible working between your home and our centrally located modern offices.
  • Cover for Life, Trauma and Income Protection, as well as extensive discounts on other personal insurance and retail purchases.
  • Fourth trimester (new parent) support leave and pay.
  • Additional leave such as birthday leave, volunteer leave, representation sports leave and gender affirmation leave.
  • Access to our extensive wellness programme and services.
  • And most importantly, the opportunity to work with a team of amazing, like-minded people!
