Solution Architect – Dynamics & Power Platform Contract | ASAP – 31 July 2027 | $135–$145/hr

We’re looking for an experienced Solution Architect to work across application modernisation initiatives within a major transformation programme.

The immediate work has a strong Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform flavour. Initial projects include rebuilding business workflows using Power Apps and designing a learner-management solution using Dynamics, Power Apps and microservices.

You’ll own end-to-end solution design, producing HLDs and detailed designs across applications, integrations, data and non-functional requirements, while working closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams, vendors and the wider architecture practice.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Strong Solution Architecture or Application Architecture experience
• Good Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform capability
• Experience designing workflow and business-process solutions
• Power Apps experience
• Experience with case management, rules engines or process automation
• Strong application integration and API architecture knowledge
• Experience producing HLDs and detailed designs
• Experience taking solutions through architecture governance / ARB
• Strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to translate business requirements into practical architecture

Cloud-native application architecture, microservices and public-sector experience would all be useful.

This role will suit someone who is comfortable going beyond Power Platform

configuration. We need an architect who can see the whole solution — applications, workflow, integrations, data, security and operational requirements. Then turn that into something delivery teams can build.

$135–$145/hr.
