Job description

About the Company

Our client is the operational data layer for aerial firefighting, the system of record agencies and operators in 40 countries use to track contracted fleets, defend public spending and plan smarter. Around 2,500 wildfire suppression aircraft run on the platform, with over a billion flight records. Founded in New Zealand, the company is now scaling across the US and Europe.

About the Role

This new role sits within Product and keeps a handful of strategic customers running smoothly through onboarding and co-developed product delivery. You will own each account's delivery plan, track commitments across Product and Engineering, and communicate progress and risks clearly to customers. Expect a blend of project management, account management, customer support and hands-on problem solving, including shaping an onboarding process as you go.

Skills & Experience

  • High agency and a strong bias for action: you take ownership and follow problems through to resolution
  • Fast learner, curious and excited by new domains, tools and ways of working
  • Comfortable moving between customer, engineering and product conversations, technical and non-technical
  • Able to work independently with minimal oversight and prioritise well
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, adding structure where needed without over-building process
  • Experience working directly with customers; enterprise software, customer success or account management exposure is a plus
  • Background across multiple functions, perhaps from a startup or scaleup.

Why Work Here?

  • Work with high-profile firefighting agencies and shape products built for their industry
  • Hybrid working: Once you have completed onboarding, roughly 3 days in the office and 2 days work from home
  • Five weeks paid leave
  • Full Southern Cross medical cover extended to your family.
  • Extraordinary benefits platform, including public transport discounts
  • Scope you define, with a path that may grow into account, project or business analyst leadership as the company scales

If you are a high-agency problem solver who wants to own delivery for some of the world's most important firefighting agencies, we would love to hear from you. Apply now, or contact [email protected] for a confidential conversation about the role.
