Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute digital marketing strategies that strengthen brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support business growth.
The role will oversee digital campaigns across multiple channels, using data and market insights to optimize performance and deliver measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with business and brand objectives.
- Manage digital channels including social media, paid media, search, email marketing, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Plan and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, and other relevant channels.
- Monitor campaign performance, traffic, leads, engagement, conversion, and ROI, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Lead SEO/SEM initiatives to improve online visibility and organic traffic.
- Manage content strategy and work closely with creative teams to develop relevant and engaging digital content.
- Utilize Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other digital marketing tools to analyze and improve campaign performance.
- Conduct market, customer, competitor, and digital trend analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop regular reports and presentations on digital marketing performance and campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Brand, Sales, Commercial, and other internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and execution across channels.
- Manage external agencies, vendors, and digital partners when necessary.
- Stay updated on emerging digital platforms, technologies, consumer behavior, and marketing trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, with strong experience in campaign management and digital strategy.
- Proven experience managing paid digital campaigns, social media, SEO/SEM, content, and digital analytics.
- Strong understanding of digital customer journeys, lead generation, conversion, and performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager, SEO tools, CRM or marketing automation platforms.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate campaign data into business recommendations.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams is an advantage.
- Experience in FMCG, Consumer, Healthcare/Pharma, Retail, or other fast-paced industries is a plus.
