Scope of

responsibilities

Key Accountabilities:

• Maintenance of the Management Systems (OHSAS18001/ ISO45001 and ISO 14001)
• Local legislative and corporate compliance
• Monthly reporting
• Safety competence development
• Management of the health and safety system ISO

Country Level

Responsibilities

• HSE reporting on the performance of the Management System and continuous improvement objectives;
• Review of local legislation and ensuring compliance
• Managing the Internal and external HSE Audit Programs, conducting Health & Safety inspections, audits and surveys / assessments
• Supporting and managing incident and near miss investigations and reporting, providing feedback, lessons learned and best practices to management and all employees
• Implementing Corporate Minimum HSE Requirements, Roadmaps, and other corporate HSE policies and initiatives
• Manage local HSE policies, standards and procedures
• Provision and supporting of employee HSE training
• Visiting customers and suppliers as required to confer on specific HSE issues
• Contributing to and/or planning and executing safety related projects (also international)
• Initiating and developing various forms of popularization of safety issues

Requirements

• Qualification: Qualified to or working towards local Diploma level on Occupational Health and Safety Management as a safety professional
• Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in a safety professional role and working to OHSAS18001 Occ. H&S management system practices
• Proficient in English and Polish is a must
• Strong and passionate voice for safety
• Knowledge of applicable laws
• Ability to plan, organize and provide internal training;
• Ability to self-initiate actions, decision making, overcoming problems;
• Aesthetic sense, attention to detail, initiative and proactiveness in activities
• "Can do" attitude and ability to build good relationships with suppliers, clients and colleagues
• Open to business travelling (50/50)

3. Zostałam/łem poinformowana/ny przez Administratora Danych Osobowych, tj. Konecranes and Demag Sp. z o.o. z siedzibą w Gdańsku (kontakt: ul. Azymutalna 9, 80-298 Gdańsk) o tym, że:

• Podanie danych osobowych w CV jest dobrowolne, lecz konieczne do przeprowadzenia procesu rekrutacyjnego. Konsekwencją niepodania danych osobowych będzie brak możliwości przeprowadzenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego. Dane osobowe przetwarzane będą na podstawie art. 6 ust. 1 pkt. a i c Ogólnego rozporządzenia o ochronie danych osobowych z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 (RODO).
• Przysługuje mi prawo dostępu do treści swoich danych osobowych oraz prawo ich sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, prawo do przenoszenia danych, prawo do wniesienia sprzeciwu, prawo do cofnięcia zgody na ich przetwarzanie w dowolnym momencie bez wpływu na zgodność z prawem przetwarzania, którego dokonano na podstawie zgody przed jej cofnięciem.
• Dane osobowe będą przechowywane do momentu zakończenia prowadzenia rekrutacji, nie dłużej jednak niż przez 3 lata od dnia przesłania CV.

Moje dane osobowe nie będą podlegały zautomatyzowanemu przetwarzaniu.
